Description We are searching for a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team based in Denver, Colorado. This role involves handling critical accounting functions for our organization in the SaaS industry. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintain precise customer credit records

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, implementing appropriate actions when necessary

• Carry out the preparation and posting of journal entries and supervise month-end close procedures

• Handle cash reconciliations and maintain prepaids

• Oversee fixed asset accounting and management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles

• Utilize accounting software systems, specifically NetSuite, to optimize accounting functions. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding and application of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Previous involvement in Auditing processes

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Expertise in creating and managing Journal Entries

• Experience with Journal Entry Preparation and Month-end Journal Entries

• Knowledge of General Ledger operations

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software

• Understanding of GAAP Accounting principles and US GAAP

• Experience in Cash Reconciliations

• Familiarity with Prepaids accounting procedures

• Proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting

• Experience in Fixed Asset Management
