Partnering with a well-established, well-tenured team in the construction industry seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team!

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for month-end close journal entries and reconciliations, and hold responsibility for payroll, AP, and various, as needed, HR tasks. Daily tasks include, but aren't limited to...

• supplier invoice management

• manage weekly payment runs

• tax payment management

• resolving subcontractor invoice discrepancies

• enter payroll data

• calculate garnishments

• balance job cost to the general ledger

• track mileage of company vehicles

• conduct employment verifications

• onboard new employees

• and more!

Requirements
