The Ogilvy Group Account Supervisor in Denver, Colorado

Position Summary Our Account Supervisors bring value to our clients by analyzing, solving and presenting viable integrated solutions to client problems. They are skilled Experience professionals who understand engagement best practices, sales dynamics, and sound marketing strategy. They identify and inspire new work streams and solutions that lead to client growth by collaborating with and drawing on the expertise of Ogilvy's vast resources and capabilities. They are valued advisors and partners to senior client leaders, as well as Agency leaders at similar levels. They identify and champion great creative work and understand the importance of flawless delivery. They are also exceptional leaders of teams who inspire others to act courageously.

Responsibilities Ability to lead the client and the agency team through sales enablement efforts including: shaping the project ask, strategy development, creative execution and delivery and future-forward ways to engage prospects and customers. Having the ability to connect our Experience capabilities and offerings to client business challenges and overall marketing, sales and talent efforts. Being able to represent the capability in planning and opportunity assessment conversations internally and externally. Managing and contributing to a client's business or portfolio of integrated accounts with a target of $3-$5MM in revenue Partnering with Ogilvy's capability experts to deliver integrated solutions, identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, scope work, and grow revenue Immersing yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of your client's business Partnering with project management to exceed expectations internally and externally to build trust in program and project delivery Foreseeing opportunities and formulating plans to manage and capitalize on them to drive and extend the business Putting clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels and constantly hunting for solutions and big ideas that are innovative and relevant Demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using Agency resources to effectively and seamlessly support a client's business and day-to-day needs Collaborating with creative teams to push new ideas that engage customers and deliver on the needs of the business Building strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with Ogilvy's capabilities and the crafts deployed on your business(es) Effectively navigating teams, especially when there are conflicting priorities Acting as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and approaches, and providing guidance to push further Monitoring and communicating points of view on current marketing and industry issues Demonstrating responsibility and accountability for overall agency performance and flawless delivery

Qualifications 3-5 years of experience Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive B2B campaigns and drive results for clients Experience designing and executing communications campaigns An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence and output Strong communication skills, particularly with oral presentations Ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner Authentically passionate about great work, your team and our business Diplomatic and empathetic leadership A good listener who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly) Ability to oversee multiple projects and work streams with tight deadlines

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
