Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and attract top candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.
Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms when necessary.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Stay informed on industry trends, market salary data, and best practices in recruitment.
Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize effectively.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
