Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Source and attract top candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.

• Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms when necessary.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market salary data, and best practices in recruitment.

• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize effectively.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
