City Of Delta Golf Clubhouse Clerk in Delta, Colorado
POSITION: Golf Clubhouse Clerk
Under direct supervision of the Golf Professional , facilitates front desk and clubhouse operations that will consist of serving the needs of the customers who telephone or make a personal visit to the facility; operate the computer system for transactions and assist with any facility need that may occur.
DUTIES: * Answers telephone inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner * Operates cash register to perform financial transactions for daily admission to the facility, pros shop sales and others as needed * Responsible for proper opening and closing procedures as needed on shift * Performs routine facility walk-through for observation of usage areas * Completes forms and reports as necessary

REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum age is 18 years old * Any combination of experience and training equivalent to completion of high school. * Will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check. * CPR and First Aid certifications are required within 6 months of employment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Possess excellent customer service skills coordination adequate to operate a phone system, computer, and other office equipment. * Operate general office equipment. Input information on computer program. * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, officials and the public. * Must be able to work in a public atmosphere with many distractions. * Must be able to work outside at times in all weather conditions.
WAGE: $15.08 - $20.52/ Hour
BENEFITS: Wellness benefit and Paid Time Off (PTO).
SHIFTS: Part-time - 20 hours per week * Schedule of working hours will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
