JOB REQUIREMENTS: To ring up sales for customers. -Obtain and verify bank and open register. -Request change order if needed. -Assist customers in selection of merchandise. -Respond to guests\' needs and relay comments to supervisor. -Collect and process cash/charges using computerized POS System. -Check in, inspect and tag new merchandise. -Restock merchandise. -Close out POS System; count bank, balance and return. -Display merchandise in shop and shop windows. -Gift wrap packages as needed. -Take monthly inventory. -List merchandise to be ordered. -Vacuum, dust and straighten shop. -Move racks as needed. -Hang, ticket and steam clothes. -Maintain store supplies, i.e., register paper, bags, etc. and put request into manager and/or supervisor. -Performs other related duties as assigned by the Retail Supervisor and/or Manager. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be at least 18 years or older -Previous retail experience preferred, but not necessary ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.lakelawnresort.com/info/careers/
