Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking the dimensions, thickness, and overall quality of the sheets coming off the production line. This role requires attention to detail, especially for sheets with varying cuts that must adhere to customer specifications. Previous experience with Precision Measurement Tools and handling metals is desired. Training will be on 1st shift then the typical schedule will Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
Responsibilities
Used Precision Measurement Tools to inspect the dimensions of the sheets for accuracy.
Measure and verify the size of all punched holes in the sheets.
Ensure sheets are sealed correctly and free of scratches.
Perform detailed inspections and comparisons with blueprints for sheets with different cuts.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any quality issues.
Essential Skills
2+ Years Quality Inspection experience (metals or plastics preferred)
Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
Work Environment
Work in a large manufacturing plant with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards typical in a high-traffic, heavy machinery environment. Work hours are typically Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays, which may sometimes be mandatory. Work hours may change at management's discretion with prior notice.

The pay range for this position is $21.34 - $21.34
