Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic and NICU setting.

• Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

• Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

• Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team.

• Remain up to date with department operation changes and workflows (review emails, communications, meeting minutes, etc.)

  Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

• ASHA certification

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Speech Language Pathology

• Specific skills: knowledge in Infant/Pediatric feeding and swallowing intervention appreciated

• Experience working in an outpatient pediatric therapy setting.
