Full job description {#full-job-description tabindex="-1"}

Arps Dairy, Inc. was founded in 1936. All of our dairy milk comes from family farms located within 30 miles of our creamery. Our farmers, many of which are multi-generational family farmers, are dedicated to upholding the highest standards in animal care, dairy quality, and sustainability. Sourcing from local producers is a strategic design made by the original founder and is a practice continued to this day.

We are currently looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager to our amazing team! Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring effective quality execution, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. Working in conjunction with plant operations, we are looking for someone to build and maintain an effective culture of food safety and quality throughout our operation while developing and maintaining facility systems and processes that ensure finished products are food safe and meet finished product specifications.

Qualified applicants must have a college degree (associates or beyond) in food science, dairy science, production, or a related field, at least 5 years' experience in production with an emphasis in quality systems and experience in overseeing a quality assurance program. Peered knowledge of the PMO and HACCP and/or PCQI certification is a plus!

If this sounds like something you'd be a good fit for, we encourage you to apply and include a copy of your current resume!

We offer paid time off, medical, dental, vision and short-term disability benefits as well as a 401(k) with company match!

Rate of pay will be commensurate based on experience.
