Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Deerfield, Illinois
Description We are accepting applications for the role of a Help Desk Analyst in the manufacturing industry, based in Deerfield, Illinois. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and requires you to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, handling both hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide service desk support, including troubleshooting and problem solving for all hardware and software issues.
• Handle tasks related to onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Manage break fix tasks, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of Android Development, Cisco, and Citrix Technologies to enhance system performance.
• Operate both Mac and Windows computers, providing support and resolving any technical issues.
• Maintain Active Directory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support Apple Devices, addressing any associated technical issues.
• Oversee computer hardware management, including regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Apply Configuration Management skills to plan and control changes to the system.
• Manage system deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.
• Utilize your knowledge of Windows 10 and Intune to support business operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development with a focus on troubleshooting and application support
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Citrix Technologies, with a focus on virtualization and networking solutions
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers
• Extensive knowledge of popular software, including Office Suite and other widely used applications
• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience with Configuration Management, ensuring system stability and efficiency
• Familiarity with Deployments, including software installation and updates
• Proficiency in Windows 10, including setup, troubleshooting, and user support
