Apply today to become a part of our team! Under the direction of the Human Resources department, this position is responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all Knight company facilities. Duties include regular general and deep cleaning of three separate locations, including offices and break/bathroom/office area(s) of fabrication and manufacturing facilities. All cleaning supplies and tools are provided. This is a part-time, hourly position; with approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES These duties are those typically performed in this position. Employee may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties. Perform general cleaning duties twice a week including, but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying garbage, wiping down surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms, restocking bathroom supplies as needed Perform weekly deep cleaning duties including, but not limited to: dusting trim, interior glass, appliance cleanout etc. Complete daily checklist of completed duties Maintain organization and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies Responsible for securing building upon entry and exit Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or learned within a short period of time to successfully perform the assigned duties. 2+ years custodial experience in a professional environment high preferred Must have reliable transportation to travel between facility locations (less than 5 mile distance between sites) General Cleaning: Must be available to work one evening per week (approximately 4-8 hours) for general cleaning, typically/preferably Wednesday. Shorter/split Tuesday and Thursday (2-4 hours each) considered, however the scheduled evening(s) will remain consistent each week after schedule is set. Deep Cleaning: Must be available each weekend (approximately 8-12 hours) to complete deep cleaning. Deep cleaning schedule will remain semi-flexible. It may be completed anytime starting after 4pm each Friday evening but MUST be competed before the start of the work week, Monday at 4am.
