Position Summary:

This position will play a crucial role in guiding our recruiting processes to source, identify, screen, interview, and hire top-tier candidates. It is responsible for the full life cycle of professional recruitment. The primary focus is to implement strategies related to staffing, compensation, career and talent pool development. This position will work directly with hiring managers to understand the organization’s business goals and determine the next steps in order to integrate recruiting best practices and process improvements to further company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attracts top talent and manages all aspects of the recruiting process; both directly and passively.

  • Utilizes candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and screen potential candidates.

  • Collaborates with multiple hiring managers and personnel to evaluate position criteria, determine staffing needs and establish minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions throughout all levels of the organization

  • Updates and tracks recruitment files and prepares and places job advertising across appropriate media

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and marketing materials that showcase Bilfinger’s unique employer brand and attract the best fit.

  • Develops and maintains a strong network of contacts to identify and source quality candidates

  • Attends career fairs and networking events developing talent pipeline

  • Plans, organizes, and ensures compliance with policies and programs encompassing employment and / or staffing functions

  • Demonstrates confidence in interactions with individuals of all levels and backgrounds while exhibiting a strong business acumen

  • Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrates a strong track record of placements

  • Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with social media recruiting.

  • Demonstrates a strong drive towards results with the ability to improve productivity and reduce turnover

  • Works to build and implement a diversity recruiting strategy

  • Develops and measures the success of recruitment processes by using various data and reports

  • Demonstrates the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communication with managers, staff and candidates

  • Utilizes sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.

  • Demonstrates proactive efforts and actively engages with hiring managers to provide ongoing status reports on sourcing activities and candidates.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of successful professional full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven ability to source and attract top talent across all levels of seniority.

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in the development of professional relationships with candidates

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proven ability to build, foster and maintain professional relationships with all level of employees within an organization

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices, especially as it relates to the recruitment and selection process

  • Ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

  • Skilled in varied computer software applications

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in managing job tasks and priorities

  • Demonstrated a collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Must be able to travel 10% (overnight on occasion)

  • Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
