RELYANT Global LLC Guam Regional Manager in Dededo, Guam
RELYANT Global is currently seeking a Regional Manager for their office located in Guam. The Regional Manager duties include managing staff, overseeing various projects, growing new business opportunities, communicating and building relationships with various clients, manage operational and overhead costs and ensuring company is compliant with local laws. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values .
Responsibilities

Manage all the company operations within Guam Operations
Monitor project and overhead costs closely to ensure profitability
Directly contribute to the development of program specific policies and procedures
Oversee the management of all contracts located within the designated region to ensure all deliverables are met
Work to ensure project deadlines are met and budgets are established and maintained
Maintain Business Development through interacting with various Government Agencies and Commercial Businesses.
Bid and Proposal support.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all levels of management and coworkers
Provide weekly operational progress reports to Director of Operations
Qualifications
10 years' or more experience in management in international business setting
Master's degree, MBA or other relevant field, strongly preferred
Proven financial management skills (budgeting and financial planning)
8 or more years experience in U.S. Government Contracting
Comprehensive knowledge of various contract types
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience and skill
Project Management
DoD contracting
Staff management and ability to provide leadership and mentoring
Business development activities
Client attraction, management and retention
Contract Administration, including preparation of cost estimates, bid preparation, contracts, and progress estimate preparation
Knowledge and experience in development approval processes, including experience working with approval authorities at all levels.
Strong computer skills in MS Office
Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera scheduling software
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
Strong report writing skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical thinker, creative problem solver
Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic team player committed to delivering high quality results.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Knowledge and experience working both within the Middle East and coordinating projects from the US.
Ability to acquire and maintain base access (if applicable)
Ability to acquire a CAC Card
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Security clearance-required
