Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for providing direct quality support for specified processes using specialized equipment. This role involves being the primary person for measuring product and process, performing measurement, inspection, test, and data duties safely and efficiently. The technician will use inspection, measuring, and test equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, electronic and functional gauges to record data, chart measurements, and monitor trends. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, understanding component configurations, and determining tolerance bands. The role requires solid math skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems. The Quality Assurance Technician will identify and support production quality processes, interact with various teams to resolve issues, and manage the disposition of nonconforming products.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Decatur, Illinois.

This can be a 1st shift position or 3rd shift position.
