Position Summary:

The main purpose of this role is to partner with the regional credit leads, commercial team, business finance, treasury, structured trade finance, business development and corporate service functions to support & help execute short, medium and long term strategic direction of Global Credit & Collections Organization. This includes developing plans and analysis to support business growth, calculation of open A/R risk, cost of mitigating credit risk, developing risk maps based on predefined criteria and developing the global and regional credit risk strategy for 5 years aligned with business plans. Other responsibilities include setting and tracking key KPIs (per business unit and/or per region) and/or analytical support of credit & collections information. Financial Analysis Manager is also responsible to analyze data, draw conclusions and summarize insights for Credit & Business leaders.

Position reports to Global Collections, Process& Analytics Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis such planning, predicting, reporting for credit finance.

  • Working closely with credit and business leadership to formulate and analyze business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.

  • Delivery of market and risk analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the leadership team.

  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.

  • Develop, calculate and monitor KPIs supporting business and credit organization goals

  • Maintain and develop analytics and database in various tools such as PowerBI

Job Requirements:

Key success factors for this role include teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills and business acumen and ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs. This position also requires someone with initiative to solve problems and be a self-starter who is willing to follow through matters towards resolution and promptly escalate when necessary

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting; MBA preferred

  • 8-10 years+ experience in finance related areas

  • Experience in consulting, FP&A, business finance and credit management is a plus

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, i.e. ability to analyze financial statements and discounted cash flow models

  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about ADM’s and its competitors’ businesses – strong functional understanding of food and Ag industry is a plus

  • Ability to manage multi-tasking & the expectations of various stakeholders

  • Good organizational skills and action orientation

  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools/HFM / WDesk /Power BI is essential. Experience in SAP & GetPaid is preferred.
