How You'll Create Possibilities

As a Material Planner, you will:

• Ensure production success: Plan and coordinate material availability, solving supplier issues proactively.

• Streamline processes: Improve inventory accuracy, Bill of Material (BOM) management, and analyze excess/obsolete materials.

• Lead initiatives: Participate in logistics improvement projects, supplier performance enhancements, and cost reduction efforts.

• Collaborate for results: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage schedules, address supply challenges, and oversee new model launches.

• Drive innovation: Develop new processes to reduce inventory costs, eliminate production delays, and optimize supplier relationships.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field).

• 3+ years of supply chain or materials management experience in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of MRP systems, leadership, and communication skills.

• Adaptability to handle multiple priorities with sound judgment and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred:

• Six Sigma certification and experience with DMAIC processes.

• Proficiency with Oracle systems.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience or knowledge of the appliance industry.
