What will you do as a Shift Leader?

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of our sports bars

• Support and oversee the performance of our hourly staff

• Ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional experience for our sports fans

• Utilize your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, delegation, and time-management skills

• Strong negotiation and mediation abilities

• Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

• 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED

• General knowledge of a full-service restaurant

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

What will be provided:

• Food safety training

• Responsible alcohol service training

• Hourly position overview training

• Shift Leader Basics training
