Lead team for a Model E Program
Planning
- Program Paper author, resource management, PDL, complexity, ect
Control
- Global integrator, Sourcing, Program Timing, Program builds, ect
Lead the following PM activities on a Model E program
Lead program timing and other Program Control activities
Lead business case development and make recommendations for next steps
Own complexity and work with Marketing to align offering strategy
Lead the PDL (Program Direction Letter) updates and development
Necessary Competencies and Skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
4-7+ years of experience in Automotive Program Management.
Passion for program delivery and customer focus
Ability to lead cross functional teams to issue closure
Knowledge of PM worksteams
Resiliency as this position works regularly with multiple stakeholders
Actively participate in Care for Each Other initiatives and lead by example
Self Starter, ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
Strong presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Strong PDL and PDL process understanding
Experience with part releasing and WERS
Ability cover multiple areas of Program Management
