PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Automotive Technicians. As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles in a new vehicle factory environment. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and experience with power tools will be essential. This Full Time Automotive Technician position offers an AM Day shift plus Overtime as needed and is based in Hamtramck, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full Time Automotive Technician position below are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Shift:

• AM Day shift:6:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday - Saturday)

• Must be able to work up to 6 days a week

   

Pay:

• $23.00 - $33.00/hour (depending on experience)

   

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
• Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a dealership or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components
• Ability to diagnose and repair brake systems
• Proficiency in using power tools and other mechanical equipment
