Ford Motor Company Direct and Service Procurement Product Group Lead in Dearborn, Michigan

  • End-to-End Product Group ownership

  • Solutions Delivery – large/global program delivery experience

  • Experience leading multiple product teams, grooming talents and developing a high performing team

  • Responsible for Delivery, Strategy and Support of the Direct Procurement and Service Procurement Product Group

  • Responsible for implementing SAP STP IT products to support Direct procurement and Service across the globe

  • Responsible for Integrating Legacy Systems with S4/Hana and deliver I-ERP commitments

  • Responsible for decommissioning Legacy Procurement Systems

  • Responsible for developing talents, subject matter experts and high performing teams

  • Co-Lead the PDO I_ERP STP Product teams. Accountable for providing a plan to integrate and implement the I-ERP across the globe in collaboration with other I-ERP PDO teams

  • Provide support for major releases and post launch support; ensure high quality, budget performance, and timing of delivery, support and decommissioning of legacy applications

  • Maintain and broker key IT supplier/partner relationships to communicate Ford requirements and influence product direction

  • Drive development and implementation of agile techniques for continuous improvement

  • Provide integration and coordination within Source to Pay, across I-ERP and with areas outside of I-ERP in the delivery of solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology experience from develop to support, strategy to implement

  • Strategy and Roadmap – Provide vision, goals and objectives, collaborate with key stakeholders and navigate through ambiguities on developing strategies/re-engineering business process and guide product teams to create the roadmap

  • Experience of delivering and implementing large IT programs

  • Experience with scaled Agile Software Development along with Release and Deployment management for larger programs

  • Experience in Cloud Computing and operations​

  • Design and Delivery – Guide PI planning discussions, Work with cross product teams and influence to prioritize the Sub-Epics, Features, and deliver incremental values

  • Support Operations – Develop plans to run and protect business, Keep the technology stack up to date, manage well within the CSF/CTQ factors, continuously improve the performance, exceed the KPI targets, generate efficiencies and potential savings

  • Must maintain integrity, coordination with other value streams, legacy systems etc. There are numerous integrations (functional & technical) across the globe. Moreover, there is technical complexity of integrating legacy applications with Informatica and SAP landscapes, execution complexities of influencing Business partners and external vendors to implement within the timeframe
