The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations in a skincare manufacturing facility. This role ensures adherence to GMP and SOP standards, maintaining high-quality production processes, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Team Lead will manage a team of production workers, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  1. Production Management
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day production activities to meet production goals and timelines.

  • Ensure efficient operation of equipment and processes, identifying any inefficiencies or issues.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.

  1. Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach production staff, promoting a positive work environment and teamwork.

  • Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production employees to meet established targets.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary issues or conflicts.

  1. GMP & SOP Compliance
  • Ensure all production processes comply with GMP guidelines and SOPs, adhering to regulatory and safety standards.

  • Monitor and enforce proper hygiene, sanitation, and documentation practices.

  • Regularly review and update SOPs in collaboration with the Quality department to ensure up-to-date and relevant guidelines.

  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.

  • Track production metrics such as yield, downtime, and output to provide reports to management.

  • Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with GMP requirements and is audit-ready.
