Responsibilities

• work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

• An Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and instrumentation inspections, repairs and rebuilds on all plant operating equipment

• Install and align electrical motors

• Maintain and replace control valves, actuators and positioners

• Installation, maintenance, and adjustment of transformers

• Troubleshooting and maintaining all types of starters

• Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain belt-weighing, pressure-sensing, temperature-sensing, and motion-sensing devices, flow meters control valves, and level indicators

• Fabricate and install conduit

• Complete and document Workplace Inspections

• Perform preventive maintenance checks and report findings

• Participate in the work order initiation process when required

• Comply with company, state and governmental health and safety regulations

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Manufacturing Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)

• Blueprint Reading

• General Maintenance
