Position Overview: The Cloud Services Systems Administrator will be a critical member of the company's cloud technical support and service provisioning team. Primary interaction will be between the users, customers, systems administrators and other systems engineers and administrators to provide effective technical services to our customers. As part of a strong technical IT customer support team function, the ideal candidate uses their technical and business skills to detect, investigate and resolve software and hardware problems. Primary Responsibilities: Manage all technical systems administration and operation of infrastructure management To administer and implement improvements to accommodate growth annually promote effective IT practices for onboarding of new clients Facilitate the support of subscription services delivery through 24/7/365 operations support Support Azure, Vmware, Pure, Microsoft and Citrix technologies delivering services to our clients Participate in on-call rotation Continuing to further develop automation with Powershell Scripting. 40% Troubleshooting escalated tickets from Support 50% Project Work such as new builds for Customers 10% Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Microsoft Azure Experience Powershell Scripting Experience Windows Server and Active Directory administration Troubleshooting various system and server issues VMWare / ESX / vSphere Excellent documentation and change management skills Group Policy creation and management Experience in patch management, MS SQL concepts and general networking Excellent communication skills Familiarity with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Familiarity with IIS Ticket handling experience Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines Preferred Skills: 5-7 years' experience BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience, Certifications (AZ-104, VCP, CCP, etc) Azure, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, AWS, Pure, Cloud Services - Pay Equity - Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
