Senior Quality Engineering Technician

As a Senior Quality Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability for our products. You will perform various testing and inspection activities, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances.

• Support the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and tools.

• Assist in the development and execution of quality training programs for employees.

• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices in quality control and testing methodologies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years' experience as Sr Quality Engineering Technician

• Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Experience with inspection and testing techniques.

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Certification in quality control or related field.

• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques.
