DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALL OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Service Operations Manager is a self-motivated and committed individual who manages the Field Service Team, Service Management Team, and Service Apprentice Program. This individual will work independently and within the team as this role will include some day-to-day responsibility and completion of administrative duties. This individual will take complete ownership for their team and does whatever it takes to get the job done in a way that aligns with our values. The Service Operations Manager will develop methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate daily customer service experiences that are efficient and superior. This individual will lead and develop teams to reach company revenue and profitability goals. The Install Operations Manager position is fast paced, and multi-task driven to create urgency, change and attention when required. This individual is analytical in a way that he or she can drive action based on team performance. Above all, we are people first, valued based organization which requires this individual to be an inspirational leader that is people-oriented and successful at building strong relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Extensive business and organizational knowledge
Proven experience of successful self-management
Proven experience of conflict management
Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must
Must be competent in Excel and able to learn reporting of our CRM, Service Titan.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to details
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license
WORK SCHEDULE
7:30am – 4:30pm and rotating Saturday as needed.
