Your Role As a Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer with a focus on Teams, you will be part of a global team that delivers innovative technology with a strong focus on user experience. You will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies to change the way our people work, using your technical expertise to improve digital experiences, specifically in Microsoft Teams. What You'll Do (including Teams Calling, Teams Rooms, Teams Clients and Admin center) Lead the administration and optimization of our Microsoft Teams environment, including provisioning, development, policy updates and lifecycle management. Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams incidents and service requests. Oversee the creation and enforcement of Teams governance policies including development and documentation of company standards and best practices for publication. Analyze Teams usage data to identify trends and enhancement opportunities. Stay informed about the latest Teams features and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Providing insights and recommendations for improving the Teams experience. Develop and deploy advanced Teams configurationsapps and integrate with other digital tools, including the development of Copilot Studio applications. Ensure all devices are set up according to company standards and best practices. Manage device firmware updates and software patches for Teams Rooms. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge articles and documentation. Conduct training sessions for users to maximize the utilization of Teams features across the platform. Who You Are Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information science, or a related technical field. Possess 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Teams administrator, focusing on advanced configurations. Experience managing Teams Rooms through Microsoft's Portal and Logitech Sync. Have experience in Power Virtual Agent development / Copilot Studio. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams architecture. Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities. A self-starter capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently. Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system. Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes. Microsoft Certifications Considered a Plus: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
