Aerotek is hiring an internal Recruiter/Sales Trainee for our Dayton, OH office.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday

• $45,000 base pay, PLUS uncapped commission

Qualifications:

• Customer of sales focused experience

• Experience collaborating in a team environment

Job Responsibilities:

• As a recruiter, you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools

• Screen and interview candidates

• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
