Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Dayton, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Dayton, Ohio. Your role will be pivotal in the communication and execution of digital development projects within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish project scope, resource requirements, and cost estimates.

• Develop business, functional and technical requirement documents, as well as test strategies for each project in collaboration with team members and client Point of Contact (POC).

• Serve as the central communication point for the project, maintaining regular contact with internal and external partners.

• Utilize project management tools such as Google Drive, Smartsheets, Jira, etc., to maintain detailed project information.

• Manage the implementation of content management systems such as WordPress and oversee the integration of third-party APIs.

• Apply suitable project management strategies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) based on project needs.

• Develop and maintain realistic project timelines with clearly identified milestones.

• Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate these to the Account Executive as appropriate.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication for effective project management.

• This role may also involve travel to different sites for collaboration with clients and teams across various locations. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Experience with Cisco Technologies is essential.

• Must demonstrate knowledge in Cloud Technologies.

• Proficiency in CRM is a must.

• Database management skills are required.

• Experience with About Time software is necessary.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is essential.

• Must have experience in budget processes.

• Change management skills are necessary.
