We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an F-15 Program Manager with primary emphasis on Operations Research for the F-15 System Program Office within Astrion's Air Force Division. JOB DETAILS LOCATION: Dayton, OH JOB STATUS: FT TRAVEL: 10% or REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Highest Level of Education desired: BA/BS, ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD. OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, five of which must be in the DoD. Current Required Security Clearance: Secret DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype/Lync, and MS Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and applications for access to the World Wide Web including MS Internet Explorer. The Contractor may be required to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications as specified in this PWS. Shall have detailed and recent knowledge of all current F-15 activities at both RAFB and WPAFB, including FMS programs since the F-15EX design will be based on the F-15QA configuration. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide overall division support for administrative functions, DTS, special projects, awards, training, and other non-acquisition support functions. Shall assist in establishing and maintaining master files and file plans of program data (both classified and unclassified), to facilitate tracking and resolution of issues associated with operations as well as have a working knowledge of the following systems/processes, including, but not limited to: AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER (in particular SOCCER), MICT, and Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT). Additionally, shall assist in retrieving data/information in the form of queries and reports and assist in the maintenance of tracking systems for identifying deficiencies, recommending corrective actions/closures, and preparing documentation for Government review and approval. Shall provide instructions and training to staff members and action officers on procedures for proper submission and tracking of staff packages in Microsoft SharePoint and the SOCCER system and be responsible for tracking division suspenses, eSSS, staff packages, operating instructions, and various correspondence. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the development of documents, such as, but not limited to, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents (RFRD).
