Manager, Cybersecurity and Compliance ID 2025-2413 Job Locations US Workplace Type Hybrid Overview Manager, IT Cybersecurity and ComplianceUnited StatesHybrid or Remote Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, IT Cybersecurity and Compliance, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with federal agencies and exposure to international privacy regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and the ability to manage compliance programs effectively. Responsibilities Essential Functions Implement, optimize, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity and compliance program. Ensure compliance with federal agency regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and other relevant standards, including CMMC readiness and audits. Manage and oversee compliance with international privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and others. Review a variety of organizational AI solutions for security and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address cybersecurity and compliance issues. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting. Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's cybersecurity posture remains robust. Qualifications Skills & Proficiencies: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT cybersecurity and compliance, preferably as a provider to a federal agency or similar environment. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or other relevant security accreditations. In-depth knowledge of Federal Agency regulations and international privacy laws. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Experience with AI, cloud security and Federal/International compliance. Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, PIM, and vulnerability management systems.
