The Telephonic Practice Area Consultant drives customer awareness regarding the value and differentiators of our products, solutions and content. This is achieved by conducting telephonic presentations, training and demonstrations. Through these activities the Practice Area Consultant increases the number of active users, builds preference and uncovers leads and opportunities to help drive revenue and POS.

This is a hybrid role & team members are required to be in the Dayton, Ohio office location weekly on Monday and Tuesday**

Responsibilities

  • Boosting awareness, active users, and favoritism of LN content, products, and services proactively

  • Partnering with account managers to overcome customer challenges and position them for closing opportunities

  • Identifying revenue and growth opportunities within assigned market and/or accounts

  • Demonstrating deep product knowledge and acting as an internal resource for sales and marketing

  • Preparing and delivering specialized telephonic customer presentations to create new active users

  • Conducting market research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with relevant teams

  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Have a JD

  • 3+ years sales or customer service experience and project management experience

  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders and resources to positively impact clients

  • Have the ability to lift/carry laptop or IPad and other sales materials up to 25 lbs

  • Have the ability to travel 10% of the time
