Job Title: IT Compliance Analyst Location: US-Remote Department: Information Systems Can you spot financial, operational, and compliance risks with laser precision? Do you have the knack for recommending powerful corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies? Join us as an IT Compliance Analyst and be the guardian of our organization's integrity! What You Will Do Join us as an IT Compliance Analyst! In this exciting role, you'll conduct audits and risk assessments of IT systems, developing and implementing a robust audit and control framework. Your mission will be to monitor our IT production environments for system integrity, cyber-risk exposure, and control weaknesses. You'll identify various risks-financial, operational, and compliance-and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks. You'll evaluate complex information systems and controls, including applications, business processes, change control management, security, networks, disaster recovery, and data center operations. Your findings and recommendations will be reported to management, and you'll play a key role in supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. If you have expertise in enterprise software and relational databases, this role is perfect for you. Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects supporting compliance auditors. Provides data and risk assessments to maintain Trimble's prohibited software list. Run internal Compliance Projects. Support external Audits Monitor Trimble workstations for installed Free Software that does not meet the vendors licensing model for how it is being used. Conducts audits and risk assessments of information technology (IT) systems. Identifies various risks (e.g., financial, operational, compliance) to the organization and makes recommendations for corrective actions / mitigation of risks. Evaluates complex information systems and controls including but not limited to applications, business control processes, change control management procedures, security, networks, disaster recovery, and computer and data center operations. Develops and implements an audit and control framework to monitor IT production environments for potential system integrity, cyber-risk exposure, and control weaknesses What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Systems, Accounting or Finance 1+ years of experience as an IS auditor Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and products such as Excel, Word and Access Knowledge of basic accounting and business processes Typically requires expertise in enterprise Trimble's Inclusiveness Commitment We believe in celebrating our differences.
