FMS Security Assistance Program Management Support Senior Job Locations US-OH-Dayton ID 2024-5626 Category Program Management Type Full Time Hours/Week 40 Location : Name Wright Patterson AFB Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior FMS Security Assistance Program Management Support supporting the Helicopter Program Office (HPO) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The HPO supports selected helicopter programs including the HH-60W Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) and the MH-139. The HPO has a mission to rapidly deliver and field new and updated rotary wing aircraft. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Perform pre- and post-contract award and milestone reviews in support of the existing and future FMS International Support Branch programs. Develop and/or maintain acquisition strategies and plans, evaluations of OEM/Supplier proposals, business case analyses, trade-off studies, and estimates for HPO acquisition and logistics requirements, written requirement documents for planned acquisitions, and acquisition strategies and plans for Government review. Assist in developing, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and IMSs. Perform identification of requirements to support the acquisition, sustainment and supportability improvements required from the FMS case through initial operational capability and continued sustainment to bed down of the weapon system. The status of these requirements and recommended improvements will be tracked from the point at which they are first identified to the point where the capability is fielded at customer sites. Support management of the acquisition and modifications thereof as well as all associated requirements as they pertain to other functional areas including logistics, contracting, engineering, finance, test, configuration management, and manpower planning. Generate supporting documentation with appropriate application software and electronic media for estimating and forecasting acquisition and multifunctional support requirements. Accomplish studies and analyses when new requirements are identified or when changes to existing support concepts are anticipated. These analyses will include recommendations to enable the Government and foreign customer to make informed decisions. Participate in financial reviews, FMS case reviews, PMRs, technical reviews, in-country testing, and case closure. Assist in review and analysis of cost and schedule estimates associated with ECPs, CCPs, change orders, and program's prime contract modifications. Apply an understanding of the capability required to assist with rotary wing systems base planning, site activation, training, and manpower estimates. Identify and track potential cost overruns or delays. Assist to act as a point of contact with industry, system program office(s), Government agencies, host nations, and other activities participating in the FMS system acquisition process. Assist and manage the development and execution of Price and Availability, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), LOA amendments and modifications and its inherently related activities including but not limited to: interfacing with FMS stakeholders, requirements determinations, production of documentation for releasability, foreign disclosure, pricing and availability, LOA line structure, payment and delivery schedules, congressional notifications, LOA line notes, and the staffing and coordination of waivers and associated documentation.
