This position would be aligned with any of these offices: Orlando, FL, Fairview Heights, IL, Dayton, OH, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, and would support full-time in-person or hybrid working arrangements. Responsibilities Position Summary This role includes performing electrical engineering technical work on complex projects, applying proficiency in designing, analyzing, and reviewing MEP systems to ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, technical knowledge to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Functions As an Electrical Engineer at Woolpert, you will: Perform electrical engineering technical work for complex projects. Participate in progress meetings to discuss scope, schedule, and fee. Develop and modify models, plans, details, and drawings of electrical engineering systems and components according to established standards and modeling techniques. Perform electrical design for various systems including medium-voltage distribution, microgrids, photovoltaic, battery systems, building power systems, lighting design, and low voltage systems. Perform electrical calculations including SKM analysis, arc flash, and photometric calculations (AGI or Elumtools preferred). Work with leadership and participate in training to advance your career and technical skills. Qualifications BA/BS or MA/MS in related field and ten (10) years related experience. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. Experience in building power systems, lighting design, medium-voltage distribution, SKM analysis, and photometric calculations (AGI or Elumtools preferre
