Job Description/Requirements:

• Maintain open communication with clients, staff, and family members
• Maintain clean and neat appearance
• Perform job duties in a professional manner
• Provide transportation
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in all areas indicated in the plan
• Follow policy and procedure of the Company
• Respect and treat clients with dignity
• Assist Individuals with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living)
• General cleaning of the day program

Requirements:

• Driver's license required
• Adhere to the rights set forth by the DODD
• Medication administration once certified
• High school diploma/GED required for classes

Salary:

• $16.00- $20.00 Per Hour
