As a Cybersecurity Engineer on our team, you'll design and deploy advanced technologies to improve the tempo and quality of our battle communications.You will have the opportunity to work with world-class experts in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise cross-domain, and tactical edge systems. Additionally, you will be integral indelivering on an agile cadence series of incremental products from initiation to system test. You Have: 9+ years of experience with cybersecurity for security planning, security risk management, and use of cybersecurity tools for modern HW/SW integrated systems throughout all phases of the System Development Life Cycle 9+ years of experience managing cybersecurity of a major DoD program or portfolio of DoD programs laying out RMF artifacts, creating Body of Evidence, and providing security source material required for the accreditation of DoD communications systems 3+ years of experience conveying the principles, guidance, and best practices of network security to engineering teams Knowledge of DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53, and CNSSI 1253 RMF Analysis and Accreditation Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with the development, execution, and maintenance of System Program Protection Plans and security Plan of Action and Milestones Experience performing in Agile environments Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry, with cybersecurity of C2 systems, Defense Communications Systems, or the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
