You Have: Experience designing and architecting, performing modeling and simulation of, or performing all-source intelligence analysis and assessments of C2, C3, or C4ISR near-peer systems Knowledge of foreign near-peer command and control (C2) systems, including functional blocks, key interdependencies, and interactions between C2 layers Knowledge of multi-echelon communication network layouts, redundancies, and various failure recovery options, including node destroyed or specific comm link down Knowledge of communication mechanisms within C2 systems, including voice and data Ability to distill complex C2 functions and capabilities into high-level functional blocks suitable for a parametric simulation architecture and model Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field Nice If You Have: Experience developing or simulating algorithms for C2, C3, or C4ISR functions Experience applying community guidelines and standards towards developing or analyzing simulation architectures, including SISO, IEEE, or MIL Experience acting as subject matter expert in an integrated product team developing computer-based models and simulations Experience working with senior software architects and developers to design computer-based frameworks and models of C2 systems Knowledge of entity relationship-based modeling, character and task network modeling, process modeling, and event data models Knowledge of foreign ground C2, C3, or C4ISR systems such as artillery, electronic warfare, or air defense systems, including conditional logic layers, TTPs, or prioritizations Knowledge of simulation frameworks such as ODESSA, ITASE, or AFSIM Ability to simplify complex communication messages between C2 nodes to capture fundamental intent, key data items, and required update rates Ability to apply industry standards, best practices, and lessons learned to design a C2 simulation architecture from a set of customer requirements TS/SCI clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
