What You-ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of new plus existing strategic accountswithin the SAP Cloud industry

  • Theability to develop profitable business from our managed accounts, hasoverall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitabilityobjectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally.

  • Understandsthe key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifiesclient culture and decision-making process, and balances professionalmanner to suit client requirements

  • Workscross collaboratively with our solutions teams to develop a pipeline ofnew opportunities in addition to extensions and expansions of existingcontracts

  • Worksacross all of Capgemini-s business lines and across all of the client-sfunctional areas, to bring the full suite of Capgemini offerings to theclient and continually increase value to the client. Needs to be wellversed technically in the suite offerings including but not limited to SAPCloud Offerings, ERP Package Based Solutions, RISE.

  • Provideescalation point for the customer and work with Managers from otherservice lines within Capgemini to ensure that service provision meets bothSLAs & expectations

  • Ensurethat Capgemini is positioned effectively within client at board and seniormanagement level and is well represented for potential major new projectsor bids

  • Responsiblefor maintaining strong customer satisfaction

Minimum education qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10 years of experience serving clients in the SAP Industry, preferably with clients $1-3BN and above in size

  • Minimum of 10 years- experience in selling SAPofferings / customized technology services

  • 5 years or greater of recent experienceselling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global servicesprovider

  • Comprehensive understanding of targetedindustry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technologyspend

  • A well-documented track record of achievingannual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strongclient relationships

  • Recent experience selling consultingservices engagements

  • Qualified applicants must demonstrate aconsistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis

  • Experience in building and maintainingrelationships with senior executives

  • History of successful sales of SAP technologyservices deals across multiple offerings including specific experience inapplication lifecycle services, mobility, cloud, testing solutions

  • Excellent oral and written communicationskills and outstanding presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a global organizationaland service delivery environment

  • Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast ofindustry trends and technical advancements across multiple businesssectors

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitivesales culture

  • Ability to travel extensively asrequired

  • High level of personal and professionalintegrity

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills
