Dayton Children's Hospital Business Manager - Ambulatory in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Ambulatory Business AdministrationSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Business Manager directs the financial resource system activities for Ambulatory Service Lines to include: Integrated Health Service Line, Cardiopulmonary Service Line, and Ancillary Services. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, oversight of business operations in collaboration with divisional managers; strategic planning; preparation of financial analysis, cost and analysis and staffing recommendations; preparation of operating and capital budget for all cost centers; promotes ongoing development of financial management skills of managers, staff and physicians; monitors reimbursement; implements and monitors the efficacy of procedures to increase successful reimbursement; oversight of pre-authorization process for ambulatory services; monitors CMS regulations as related to billing and reimbursement; coordinates billing for new professional staff in these areas.
