Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced EAM, IWMS, IoT, smart building or workplace software sales professional to generate net new subscription software revenue. This senior role will benefit from being able to sell into a loyal and well-established Trane Technologies enterprise customer base to execute account strategy, territory planning, and prospect identification and qualification. This senior EAM-IWMS sales professional will utilize modern business development strategies and complete field-based sales activities within the Trane Technologies customer base focused on selling the Nuvolo’s digital EAM and Connected Workplace solutions portfolio into Trane Technologies existing enterprise customer base.

The right candidate will be expected to:

  • Create net new EAM and workplace digital software opportunities

  • Build trust and confidence with Trane Technologies enterprise sales teams

  • Develop or enhance c-level account relationships across all key account personas

  • Partner on relationship mapping together with Trane Technologies account team

  • Co-orchestrate account strategy as part of a Nuvolo-Trane Technologies sales team

  • Serve as trusted advisor to customer and Trane Technologies sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and close EAM-IWMS opportunities

  • Grow new pipeline within target customer base

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new sales and pipeline objectives

  • Understand target customers' business drivers, challenges and pain points

  • Align with multiple sales teams on strategic account planning

  • Lead participation in industry events to support new business development

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage all activity, follow-up, and pipeline

Qualification

  • Proven track record of consistently developing and closing net new business

  • 7+ years of EAM, IWMS, Smart Building software sales experience

  • Proven track record of closing, pipeline development, and new business generation

  • Understanding of EAM, IWMS, workplace, or smart building solution selling

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with prospects and customers

  • Strong presentation, leadership and collaboration skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com management tools

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position is $300K OTE ($150K/$150K) with accelerators and an uncapped variable compensation plan .
