Job Title: Post Deployment Technician

About the Project: The "1Desktop" project aims to standardize all Trinity Health devices on a single hardware platform and image. This team will follow the deployment team to provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

About this Position: The Post Deployment technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers post deployment. This will include troubleshooting and reinstalling applications, setting up user accounts, and providing technical assistance to end-users, acting as a first point of contact for hardware and software-related problems post deployment.

Top Skills:

  1. 2+ years of Desktop Support or Equivalent (need a strong understanding of computer hardware and software support)

  2. Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques

  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with users

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging software.

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
