What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; business development experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in a business environment; at least 1 year in business development.
Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, adapting to varied conditions and environments.
Supervisory experience and a passion for empowering teams to excel.
