Description We are inviting applications for the role of HR Generalist, based in Davenport, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment support, benefits administration, and payroll, among others. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

• Efficiently process recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes

• Coordinate training schedules for new hires and prepare necessary paperwork

• Manage and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits plans and assist with enrollment processes

• Collect and verify payroll data and assist with payroll processing

• Answer and address general employee questions and concerns, while also communicating company updates

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing reports

• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee data is maintained at all times

• Use HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently

• Understand and adhere to employment laws and HR best practices. Requirements

• Knowledge of Paylocity a plus.

• Must be able to handle Benefit Functions effectively.

• Strong Communication skills are necessary.

• Compliance expertise is a must.

• Should have good Employee Relations skills.

• Familiarity with FMLA is required.

• Experience with Paylocity is preferable.
