TEKsystems BILINGUAL-Customer Service Representative in Dauphin, Pennsylvania

BILINGUAL - Customer Support Specialist (Onsite)

TEKsystems is currently partnering with a local leader in transit technology, to hire onto their call center team in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual and can take Spanish and English speaking calls.

  • Call Center Experience OR 6+ months Customer Service Skills

  • Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy

  • Strong Attendance adherence

  • Reliable transportation or ability to travel on the bus route

A Day In The Role:

This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offering information to potential customers.

  • Performs account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests

  • Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account

  • Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

  • Demonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of our team with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.

Work Environment

  • Call Center Cubicle Environment

  • Hours: M-F 1st shift, 9:30a-6:00p is current primary shift need
