Job Description:

The Management Trainee is a junior officer position designed to prepare an individual for a career in banking. A candidate is typically a recent college graduate with a degree in business and has little to no banking experience. The individual will begin a program of internal and external training and mentorship designed for education in various aspects of banking. This program usually follows a plan of training that provides a scheduled rotation through various departments and/or functions of the bank over the course of one to two years. Responsibilities may include preparation of financial statement analysis, research industry information, generate loan portfolio reports, document preparation, market and business development, customer service and/or other duties within the various bank departments. Provides a high level of service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting and/or equivalent experience. Professionalism. Proficient computer and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
