Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Danvers, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Danvers, Massachusetts. This position is within the digital radiography industry and is entirely home-based. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the liaison between our team and service partners, handling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to service personnel

• Follow established call center procedures to determine the resolution of calls

• Identify and understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions

• Build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond to ensure issue resolution

• Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database

• Develop proficiency with our call tracking system through ongoing training sessions

• Utilize MS Office and Call Center Customer Service skills to enhance customer experience and team efficiency

• Adapt to different customer personality types and manage time effectively

• Prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Proficiency in using MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally

• Must have the capability to understand and follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet is necessary

• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum educational requirement

• Must have a flexible schedule as the role may require working in shifts, weekends, or holidays

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required

• Experience with CRM systems or other customer service software is a plus

• Must demonstrate patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
