Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Dania Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $20-25/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Purpose:

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. As our Order Fulfillment Specialist , you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be the hero behind the scenes, preparing packages, tracking shipments, and ensuring every detail is just right. Plus, you’ll have the chance to stock and restock items, keeping our warehouse running smoothly!

What You'll Do:

• Receive and fulfill orders promptly, turning customer requests into reality.

• Track all orders using delivery software—your attention to detail will shine here!

• Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors to any potential hiccups.

• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone and online, processing returns and managing customer inquiries.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied.

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a smile, solving problems and providing solutions.

• Offer shipment quotes and coordinate deliveries as needed.

• Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills while navigating various software programs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with ORDER FULFILLMENT is required.

• Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects up to 60 pounds throughout the day.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Team player who respects diverse viewpoints and cultural differences.

• Computer proficiency in database software, order processing systems, and spreadsheet applications.

• Problem-solving skills that shine under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are key!

Physical Requirements:

• This role is physically demanding; you will need to stand, climb, and walk throughout the warehouse.

• You may need to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly, so physical stamina is essential.

• Specific vision abilities, including peripheral vision and color vision, are necessary.

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred.
