Job Title: Skilled Mason

We are seeking a skilled Construction Mason to join our team of dedicated craftsmen. As a Mason, you will play a crucial role in constructing and repairing various structures using materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones. Your expertise in understanding blueprints, executing precise measurements, and applying a range of masonry techniques will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, durable structures.

- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan masonry work.

- Measure and cut materials to required specifications using hand and power tools.

- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or natural stones according to construction plans.

- Ensure structures are level, stable, and weatherproof.

- Apply mortar or other adhesives to bind materials.

- Repair, maintain, and renovate existing masonry structures.

- Utilize tools such as trowels, levels, and hammers effectively and safely.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.

- Adhere to safety standards and protocols, including wearing protective gear and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

- Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training program preferred.

- Certification in masonry or a related field is a plus.
