Wrapper II-2

Position Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW: To manually wrap rolls of carpet with plastic

Responsibilities:

• Must safely operate roll-up and wrap dispenser using panel buttons

• Must properly transfer rolls from the accumulator using panel buttons

• Must determine if roll is to be wrapped or taped based on roll tickets/labels

• Must be able to communicate work with another wrapper to wrap rolls

• Must safely operate sealer bar

• Must operate core pusher to place core inserts

• Must tape rolls which are being relocated in bins

• May have to manually push rolls to eject from wrapper

• Must remove scrap to designated scrap buggy

• Must adhere to normal work schedule, starting and stopping times

• Must be able to work necessary overtime

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
