Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to work with marketing, product, and design teams to deeply understand business objectives and translate them into precise technical requirements. This individual will work with the Digital Experience business analysts to ensure functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web development projects are comprehensively documented and all details are accounted for. Partnering with developers, this individual will design robust technical solutions, including integrations with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party tools. He or she will develop and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams, data flowcharts, and technical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate. Acting as a primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders, this individual will provide clear and organized communication to resolve technical challenges and clarify requirements. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring development progress to ensure adherence to requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with QA analysts to create and execute thorough test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, paying close attention to edge cases and potential vulnerabilities. Continuously monitoring website performance, you will identify opportunities for improvement and ensure long-term scalability. You will provide technical support for post-launch updates and resolve issues methodically and efficiently. Staying current with the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and analytics tools, you will recommend tools, technologies, and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in the teams work.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience as a systems analyst or developer

Experience translating function to technical requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience with HTML, CSS,Javascript Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles null
